Lancaster County is known for it's small scale farms and farmers devoted to maintaining a well-balanced nutrition level in their soil; which in return produces nutritious food and healthy livestock.

We, Jake and Amanda Stoltzfuz, were born and raised on such farms. At meal times, fresh, natural, and nutritious foods from the farm's garden, orchards, and barns were served.

We appreciate the value of such foods, compared to the preservatives, imitation, and instant foods so commonly available at many Supermarkets and restaurants.

With that in mind, we decided to try a new venture -
