We also are proud to carry goat chevre with fruit and nut toppings from Appletree Goat Farm. We also have chicken, duck, turkeys that were raised and processed during the summer months right here at Rolling Pastures. We vacuum seal and freeze the meat so you can eat fresh all winter long. Our cheese is made on family farms using organic methods. They produce Raw Milk Cheese from grass fed Jersey cows. We use toxic free farming methods like our forefathers did a century ago. Our cows are only milked during the grass growing months of March through November. Our healthy cows are never force-fed, to produce more milk than they were designed to produce. This is one of the reasons why our Farmstead Natural Cheese is so delicious and nutritious. Fresh raw honey in assorted flavors.
